A touch more heat than our original sauce, with a South-western spin.  


If you like jalapeños and lime, you'll love this flavorful sauce.  It has a South-western flair that begins with fermented fresh jalepeños. It's splashed with some fresh squeezed lime juice, cilantro and fermented garlic.  It's a great add to tacos, burritos or salsa, among many other foods!  It also makes a super quick, delicious guacamole!  


Ingredients: Local organic jalapeños, RO filtered water, white wine vinegar, organic carrots, onion, fresh squeezed lime juice, fermented garlic, fresh cilantro, ancient sea salt*.


*Anceint sea salt refers to Redmond's Real Salt, which we use for our fermenting process.
