Our original blend of fermented local organic cayenne and hot cherry bomb peppers. The warm robust flavor of these peppers, fresh onion and garlic are balanced with fresh squeezed clementines and local raw honey. This sauce brings a pleasant heat, but the heat doesn't overpower the flavor. Try it on scrambled eggs, burritos, sandwiches, in guacamole or hummus, or even in chicken noodle soup!
Ingredients: Local organic cayenne peppers, RO filtered water, white wine vinegar, local organic cherry bomb peppers, onion, fresh clementine juice, raw honey (Sonny Rose Ranch), fermented garlic, ancient sea salt*, berbere spice.
*Anceint sea salt refers to Redmond's Real Salt, which we use for our fermenting process.
