Our BOLD BBQ is a completely pepper-based (no tomato) Carolina-style barbeque (not overly sweet, but overly delicious) with a nice kick that you won't find in a regular BBQ sauce.  It includes a long list of premium quality ingredients as follows:

Moritas (smoked jalapenos)
Onion
Organic whole cherries
Medjool dates
White wine vinegar
Fermented red bell peppers
Balsamic vinegar
Sonny Rose Ranch Honey (local, raw)
Whole garlic
